Rocksteady posted on their Twitter account on Twitter that Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League will be delayed for nearly one year. A gameplay video from the game was made available during the State of Play event held in February. However, the gamers were extremely upset after watching the video.

The initial release date for Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League The game, which is believed to be set inside the exact same universe of the well-known Batman franchise, was initially set for 2022. Afterward, it was revealed it would be released in 2023’s spring and the date for release was set for May 26th 2023. In the month leading up to the game’s release date, it is delayed to February 2nd 2024. In the announcement it’s stated that “We made the difficult but necessary decision to allocate the necessary time for the game to provide the highest quality experience,” and it is noted that additional details will be revealed in the coming months.
The game was viewed as an “service game” and criticized by the viewers in the 15-minute presentation on the PlayStation live broadcast on February.
