Wargaming has announced a special collaboration with pop icon Popeye who is also known as Popeye The Sailor Man. A charitable partnership has been set up as part of this partnership to mark this month as World Oceans Month.
World Oceans Month is celebrated every year in June. It seeks to increase awareness of the need to protect the world’s most extensive ecosystem The oceans.
This Popeye Charity Bundle, which is available via this collaboration, features two game-playing commanders: Popeye (Popeye) and Bluto (Morbeard). Furthermore, both characters come with distinct voice-overs, two flags, and special camouflages to Tier VII USS Colorado are included in the game.
“Popeis is a childhood favorite hero for many of us at Wargaming, it’s an honor to have the opportunity to bring him into our waters. Knowing that we’re contributing to raising awareness about ocean protection makes it even more special.” added Marko Valentic, Wargaming Communications Director.
There’s no video released yet however I’m sure we’ll get a good trailer as new details regarding the event are revealed as we get closer to June.
