EA is working on releasing its initial Lord of the Rings game following The Lord of the Rings: Conquest that was first announced in the year 2009. The brand new game Lord of the Rings: Heroes of Middle-earth will be free-to-play on Android or iOS.

The brand new action game based on turn will be released to the world of mobiles on May 10th. Heroes of Middle-earth will be part of a set of five LOTR games designed by Embracer which bought license rights for LoTR in the year 2000. Another most anticipated games in the line will be The Lord of the Rings: Gollum, which will be released soon following Heroes of Middle-earth.
The trailer for Heroes of Middle-earth revealed the design of the game. The new game will feature the characters of both The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit. They will include travelers, wizards, warriors, and the classic LOTR characters.
