Cyberpunk 2077’s Massive ‘Stealth’ Mode Released

While Cyberpunk 2077 features techniques for stealth, one creator who believes that these techniques are not enough has come up with an enormous stealth mode.

It is possible to play the game Cyberpunk 2077 by committing violence in a way that is exaggerated or hidden. A player decided that the stealth mechanics of the game were not enough and came up with an stealth mod based on Dishonored as well as Deus Ex. While CD Project Red’s dystopian sci-fi adventure was more prominent in the sense of violence, it also featured stealth mechanics.

In the release of the Mod, it includes the unique “concealment-focused skill tree” that will unlock new capabilities. The new targets include Ghost, Shadow, Pacifist No-Touch and Hero.

The mod’s goal is to engage players by rewarding them with rewards earned when they stay concealed during missions, adhering to these objectives for the main story as well as concerts and side missions. RMK clearly states that this isn’t an overhaul of the basic mechanics, but rather an expansion. It’s quite interesting that this mod borrows cues from the Arkane steampunk series and, it turns out Dishonored could be the basis for an expansion that could lead to Cyberpunk 2077.

CDPR states that the next game in the series might be superior with respect to stealth, particularly in managing roads in particular to provide players with more reasons to take different routes. The developer appears to be looking to make the various strategies more enjoyable.
